The effects of the afore-mentioned legislation on business owners, as well as the outrageous news that Johnson City may actually contain an area in which the local government CAN’T ban smoking, have both been in the news in recent days.
What fun! I would miss the smoking issue if it were actually settled. It’s such a wonderful way to stir things up! So let’s do just that…
(By the way, this may take a while, but I will try to make it worthwhile.)

I can’t believe I finally find myself in total agreement with you Ms.Lee. Congratulations, we agree on a subject that I could not have stated better myself. Outdoor banning of smoking? lol..and yes owners should decide if smoking is allowed. This is one of your best articles, and one of your best statements.
