Obama and the State Of Denial

Just like that, Obama has disregarded the scandal over the manipulation of global-warming data.
Ignore it and it will go away seems to be the thought process.
Unfortunately, that may be exactly what happens.  At this point, I don’t know WHAT it will take to get the public to sit up and realize the depth and breadth of the environmental scam that we are in the midst of.

So.  What IS it going to take, people?
Our President has decided to simply ignore the myriad of warnings that his refusal to consider the implications of the scandal and his determination to hold on to the weak science behind man-made global warming could impose huge costs on our nation and endanger our shaky (to say the least) economic situation.  (Whew.  Now THAT’S a run-on sentence.  True, though)
Even if congress does manage to sidestep the cap-and-trade deal, Obama’s stubbornness – backed by the EPA’s laughable logic -  will provide him with a way to impose tough new restrictions on greenhouse-gas emissions.

If you ignore, it will go away.  That is his logic and unfortunately, the logic of many Americans as well.

But will it be ENOUGH Americans?  Will enough of us just keep feeding away at the tainted trough that the few who DO step back and refuse to eat the poo-poo will be easily ignored?

Sigh.  Makes you wonder.

Please provide solid evidence that there was as I think you phrased it “manipulation of global-warming data.“ That could be one of the most erroneous statements I’ve read in a while. It’s funny really, these same scientist’s with whom you deniers held so much disdain for are now holding them up as proof that anthropogenic activity is not contributing to global warming. In fact, I’ve actually seen some people indicate that these stolen e-mails prove the earth isn’t really getting warmer.

It’s quite unbelievable really. 4 to 5 sentences from all these e-mails taken out of context convinces you that the myriad of scientific evidence to the contrary is null and void. You want to pretend that this particular organization in England is the only scientific organization which concludes man made contributions to global warming. I guess now we can discount all the finding from NOAA, NASA, and all the academies of science from every major industrialized nation in the world.

These few sentences prove only that some people are willing to believe anything. Next I guess you’re going to tell us that the tobacco companies had it right when they had scientists indicate that there is no direct link between smoking and lung cancer.

I see the raving Republicans have a new NAME CALLER posting here. Mr.B if you must resort to calling name you have already lost the arguement. Of course you would need to read a few books to know that.

Really simple but you can not put it into words ????

Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin said resiting government was the highest form of patriotism. But then when you follow the herd you will never know what that means. Go on an push your brand of patriotism right up till they close the gates to the slave house behind you. Because if Americans do not stick togeather for the common good there will be no classes on the wealthy and the labor.

oldman—its real simple to most people.  I originally thought you were just among the 5% but if you haven’t got it by now—your not only among the 5% but also suffering from lack of any measurable IQ—-now that is a dangerous recipe.  good luck

oldman——you keep bringing up points that have nothing whatsoever to do with the point i was making—so again you have totally missed the point—maybe you also attended the Revs church and felt blessed each visit—just glad you didnt join Ayers in blowing up another building (such an innocent and patriotic gesture)

Not missing any points there Mr.B.

Of course you think civil disobedence is wrong. But lieing to Americans is ok. The Gulf of Tokin attack never happened just like there were never any WMD’s. The CIA had alread documented the destruction of the nerve gas that Regean/ Daddy Bush had sent Sadam after the war with Iran. They even had the numbered tags off of the war heads.

Ayers ? You mention a man who never harmed anything but buildings in his protest. The man would have had a lot of help if the Soldiers in Vietnam knew the Gulf of Tokin attack was a lie to start a war. If they knew that Rockerfeller has weapons factorys in Russia making weapons for the enemy. They even changed the rules of war to allow him and the Central Banks to get paid. Ask John McCain. They were told not to attack ground to aur missle sites until they were fullly operational. That mean until Rockerfeller was paid !!!!!!

You want me to belive Rev. Wright a Fellow Marine said something many of have not said before. Read what General Smedely Butler had to say about U.S. Troops being used for Corporations.

Oh, You want me to belive the Media spread story of what he said NOT what was actually said by him. NO THANKS.
I know that AIDES infected drugs were sold overseas I read the reports years ago. I was suprized to learn they Government did not overseee the destruction of the drugs once recalled and they were shipped oversea and sold. But that is to be expected by and FDA run by Republicans who think using the American Public as test subjects for drugs is a good thing. Then covering up the harm they do and prevent and recourse for damages.

Corrupt people have been exporting toxic waste for years. Remember the weed killer and pesticide sold to Israeli Farmers that killed workers in the feilds turned out to be toxic waste from several chemical companys someone put in barrles and labeled Weed Killer and Pesticide.

Oh but I am sure you don’t becuase for that you would have to read something besides the daily brainwashing material.

to oldman——i think either you are really missing the point or i guess you think Reverend Wright and Bill Ayers are true Americans(which would put you in the 5%).

Yeah make a safe bet thats the Republican way. Bet that keeping the cost of 2 wars off the budget and adding the cost to the National Debt thru the Federal Reserve will keep the American People in the dark like good little mushrooms just feed them manure.

You like the manure that allows for the outright robbery of the American People. Stealing the billions paid into Social Security by millions who dies before drawing anything from the system. The Social Security Trust Funds so full that it had to be robbed to killed it. You sat there quite while Americans were robbed with variable rate loans, overvauled property, and illegal moratages even when the FBI was screaming the Fraud is up 25 % in home loans in 2002 then again in 2004 and then again in 2007.

Yeah your a real American. Mr B,.
