Sometimes it is really a suprise to me that more people don’t or won’t get involve with our younger generation. It is time we all took a stand against drugs, violence and troubled youngsters whatever there problems may be. The Scott County Outdoor Team is only one example of an “outlet” for kids against peer pressure. There is always an adult availabe to talk about any subject and whether you are a great shooter or can’t even hit the target, you will never be put down or feel ashamed. Every child needs a chance to susceed and the Scott County Outdoor Team is willing to work with and give anyone that chance. May God Bless You coaches and team members. Also, Thank You Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries for developing this program through Hunter Education. This should be a wake up call for other agencies in our state to get on board with programs for our young people, not hand-outs. Thanks to all who help. Thank you Tim Cable for bringing this to the attention of your viewers.
