Do you know—-or DOES ANYONE at you TV station know just how B A D your “closed captions” are? They have been out of sync for several years and they are worsenow because they run far ahead of the speaker—-which means we can’t get what the speaker says and are confused by it being aheaad of the speaker.
I’m surprised that you can get any sponsor to pay for the “closed captions”—In fact I think the viewers should call the sponsor and tell them how bad it is and suggest they get their money back!
No one apparently does any quality control work to monitor how bad it is! Not just your closed captions , Tim—-but in EVERY program.
